psynchronis serves a tasty solution to a struggling catering company

WHEN you own your own business it can feel as if you are juggling a million things at once - which is why it is crucial that you have the right mindset. This is for a number of reasons - for clarity, focus and resilience, to name a few. And when things don’t go as planned it’s also good to know where to ask for support.

We were asked to provide a diagnostic assessment for a catering company struggling, like many post covid, with staffing challenges and tired management. We assessed potential areas where psychological intervention could be applied and, after presenting these to the owners, were asked to deliver training.

A series of informal workshops were held on the premises and participants really got to grips with the issues responsible for the malaise. We’re delighted to say that the training was so successful that the staff felt a new sense of investment within the business and consequently felt able to take on more responsibility, unburdening the management.
